Know what to expect.
Before work begins, we agree on the problem, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and fees. Third-party tools and ongoing costs are discussed separately.
During the project, you can see what is complete, what needs review, and what is still uncertain. Changes to the scope are discussed before they are made.
At handover, you receive the agreed work and the information needed to use it. Ongoing support is a separate, explicit arrangement.
