Your inquiry.

A few sentences are enough. You don’t need a finished brief.

What happens after you get in touch?
  1. Tell us what you want to improve.
  2. We’ll discuss the fit and a useful first step.
  3. Scope, timing and fees are agreed before work begins.

Still exploring?

Select “General inquiry / not sure yet.” You can start with a few sentences and work through the details together.

Only email, inquiry type, and project details are required.

About you
What you have in mind

Choose the closest fit. It’s fine if your project spans more than one service.

What would you like to improve, and what would a useful result look like?

A simple outline, if helpful
  1. What are you working on or trying to decide?
  2. What is happening now, and what would you like to change?
  3. What would a useful result look like?

Use any of these as starting points. Answer only what is useful.

A short description is enough. 10–3,000 characters.

A useful first message includes

A few sentences are enough. If they help, include:

  • What you want to improve or decide.
  • Where things stand now, such as the current process, tools, or website.
  • What a useful result would look like.
  • Your preferred timing, if you have one.

Start with a general description.

An inquiry does not create a booking or service commitment. If the work looks like a fit, the next step is a conversation about the problem and a useful first step.

Please leave client files, medical records, identification documents, passwords, and other confidential material out of an initial inquiry. If a project later needs confidential information, access and handling are agreed before it is shared.

Before we talk

A few useful
answers.

Clear expectations make a better starting point.

Do I need to know which service to choose?

No. Describe the problem and choose “General inquiry / not sure yet” if you are still exploring. The first conversation helps define the work before choosing a tool or committing to a larger project.

Can I inquire about a remote project?

Yes. Saguaro Strategies is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and welcomes remote project inquiries. Scope, timing, and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

How are project scope and fees decided?

Before work begins, we agree on the problem, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and fees. Third-party tools, hosting, licenses, and ongoing support are discussed separately before they become commitments.

What happens when the work is handed over?

You receive the agreed work and the information needed to use it. A technical handover can also cover setup, ownership, ongoing costs, and maintenance. Ongoing support is a separate, explicit arrangement.
